1. Discover

First, we lay the foundations for success. This involves working with you to ascertain your needs, challenges and timescales.


Once we have a thorough knowledge of your workloads and your business requirements, we're ready to move on to step two.

2. Design

The design phase is when we put pen to paper and craft a blueprint that's in line with both your technical and business requirements.


Once that's in place, we're ready to move on to the planning stage.

3. Plan

With our blueprint at the ready, we now map out a strict project timeline – how to get you from A to B in itemised waves.


Along the way, we troubleshoot and fine-tune so you can be sure that the migration will take place with a minimum of disruption.

4. Build

We now construct and test the infrastructure that we've agreed on. Each component gets tested and validated. If we need to make any amendments, you'll be the first to know.


Once this stage is complete, we're all set to migrate.

5. Execute

Finally, we put the plan into action. Our experience and expertise mean that it should be a seamless process – but if something goes wrong, we're there to fix it straight away.

  • What is cloud migration?

    Cloud migration is the process of moving your workloads (data and applications) to a cloud environment. This allows you to access your workloads from any device in any location. You're no longer tied to a single on-premise data centre.


  • What are the differences between private, public and hybrid clouds?

    What most of us call the "cloud' is public. This means that its infrastructure is run by a company such as AWS, Google or Oracle. The user pays for access to services and has no part in owning or maintaining the data centre that enables them.


    By contrast, a private cloud is one owned by a private organisation. Typically, this will be because the organisation handles especially sensitive data and wants full control over its cloud infrastructure.


    Finally, a hybrid cloud combines both private and public aspects. It's not the same as a multi-cloud environment, which is where a company uses more than one cloud provider.

  • What does "cloud agnostic" mean?
