Why? Because on October 20th and 21st, we're taking a trip to Ballymaloe, Co. Cork, to take part in The Entrepreneur Experience 2023.

This is a conference for Irish entrepreneurs with a twist. It's not just a meet-and-greet for established businesses – instead, 24 start-ups and SMEs have been invited to come along, and we're delighted to be one of those lucky 24.

Previous participants in a whole host of sectors have gone on to collectively raise over €100 million. This year features attendees from health tech, education, pharmaceuticals, clothing and more. We're proud to be there flying the flag for cloud innovation.

What we hope to learn from the Experience

The two-day conference is a chance for us to soak up the experience in more ways than one. We can't wait to trade ideas and glean advice and mentoring from some of Ireland's most successful entrepreneurs.

We're an international firm with roots in Ireland – and we want to deepen our national presence. Our founder, Ian O'Connor, puts it like this:

"While most of our business currently operates internationally, we recognise the importance of establishing a stronger presence in our home country. This event provides an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded industry professionals and potential local partners."

He goes on: "We're not just tech wizards; we're people who understand that business is more than just numbers. It's about creating a well-rounded strategy that's as robust as our cloud solutions."

That strategy is all about growing our business expertise so that we can make our technical know-how as marketable as possible.

We're hoping that our participation in the Entrepreneur Experience 2023 will help us to secure financing for future growth through networking with potential investors.

But it's not just investment we're after – it's also knowledge. We're looking forward to 48 hours of feedback gathering, concept refining and idea generating.

See you there?

We've got a vision for innovation in the cloud hosting space – and we're always on the lookout for investment opportunities.

The cloud is a dynamic and ever-growing industry that's transforming all manner of industries – including most of those represented at this year's event.

Want to find out more? Then make sure to catch up with us in Ballymaloe.

Can't make it but looking for a cloud migration partner or want to find out more about what we do? Then don't hesitate to get in touch today – we'd love to help you make your vision a reality.

The 2023 Entrepreneur Experience takes place on Friday and Saturday, October 20-21, 2023 in Ballymaloe, Co. Cork. It's led by CorkBIC and supported by Cork City Council, Cork County Council, Grant Thornton, William Fry LLP, Broadlake and The Currency.
